GlucoRx are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service for our customers throughout the UK.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and receipt of payment.

Please note that all orders are shipped only once payment has been received and cleared. Orders received after 12:00pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times
Our standard aim is to deliver orders on the next working day following dispatch for mainland UK destinations.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland may be subject to extended transit times and can take up to an additional 5 working days to arrive.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to achieve these targets, timings cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is free of charge on all mainland UK wholesale orders.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please check the contents carefully. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies should be reported to us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
